PROJECT SCOPE

MPAC intends to engage a Mentorship Software provider to include, but not be limited to, the following features:

•           Support up to 1800 MPAC employees.

•           User Registration and Profile Management: Secure and user-friendly registration process for mentors and mentees, including profile creation and management.

•           Matching Algorithm: Implement an algorithm to match mentors and mentees based on predefined criteria such as skills, goals, and preferences. 

•           Communication Tools: Provide a robust communication platform, integrated through MS Teams, including messaging, and video calls, to facilitate effective mentor-mentee interactions. 

•           Progress Tracking: Implement tools for tracking and evaluating the progress of mentorship relationships, including goal setting, achievements, and feedback mechanisms.

•           Resource Center: Centralized repository for mentorship resources, training materials, and relevant content to support mentorship activities.

•           Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analytics to assess the overall effectiveness of the mentorship program, identify trends, and measure success.

•           The Successful Respondent will also work with MPAC IT to ensure the software meets MPAC’s technical standards. 

•           Training: Provide mentor/mentee training, including modules on mentoring with a lens on equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism.

•           Provide administrative set-up support, including a full implementation plan.
