MPAC intends to engage an “M-Plan property details service” provider to design and build a secure website for MPAC staff to login and trigger two electronic web services that supply property/lot details for new Municipal Plan to MPAC’s property database. The Municipal Plan supplied to the provider which are the basis for the new subdivision lot details, must originate and be authorized by a member of the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors (AOLS). The M-Plan details required include: parent roll number before the severance, number of child rolls (lots) being created by the M-Plan severance, legal description of the child rolls (lots), lot addresses, road frontage, lot frontage, lot size, intended use, zoning, services (water, sanitary, hydro, etc.) Respondents are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and send it to the contact person via email by the time stated in the Section 3.1(1) – Timetable of the RFP Data Sheet Schedule A and then will be provided with the confidential Appendix I. |
