The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) is a not-for-profit organization responsible for the accurate valuation and classification of all property types across Ontario. In support of this mandate, MPAC requires access to third-party market data, including commercial and residential sales transactions, financial and rental information, and detailed information relating to residential condominium developments. Therefore, MPAC is seeking to procure the services of a qualified third-party data provider to deliver market data research services across Ontario.
