PROJECT BACKGROUND A test is requested by the hiring manager and high scoring applicants are screened for interviews. A new/customized test is created for each job and requires extensive customization by the system, which currently is very limited as it is mainly used for their pre-built tests. Once testing is complete the results are reviewed, compared by sorting via name, score, time or specific questions and sent to the corresponding hiring manager. Anticipated volume of business is 400 tests per year. PROJECT SCOPE MPAC is currently sourcing a testing vendor service provider to accommodate our recruitment workload. We require a system that is highly customizable, easy to use and has the ability to create reports that capture the candidates test results. Provider will be required to: Create batches of tests to send out to candidates via email or by a link Provide a usable system with essential services such as; user reports, high customization, ease of use, no question limit and unlimited participants. Provide technical support accessible to candidates for troubleshooting issues within a one hour window Run detailed summary report of test results to use for analysis by the hiring manager. Provide technical support accessible to candidates for troubleshooting issues Have provisions in place to ensure a less than 5% rate of down time (e.g. for scheduled maintenance), or during weekend hours Tests should allow ‘HR users’ to: customize format and edit test questions i.e. customizing the layout of the question, editing the font, ability to include all forms of punctuations/symbols store multiple versions of tests and re-use the tests for future recruits preview questions and check for missing information, with descriptions provided for any problems before the test gets published. attach documents or images to the test questions to aid as a resource for test takers allow for customized instructions to be inserted on tests |
