As one of Greater Toronto's Top Employers for 2024, MPAC is a valued leader in property assessment. MPAC recognizes that our most valuable asset is “our people”; we are guided by our strategic plan pillar of “Putting Our People and Culture First” and we aim to develop an inclusive and respectful culture that supports employees, attracts future talent and promote a healthy and positive work environment.

Within MPAC, we understand that wellness encompasses multiple dimensions, and we are dedicated to fostering a work environment that prioritizes both physical and psychological safety. MPAC provides a wealth of inclusive wellness supports and resources including EFAP services through our Workplace Wellness program. We are seeking an EFAP service provider who aligns with our values of commitment to our people, operational excellence, and inclusive support.
