The MPAC (Municipal Property Assessment Corporation) is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based media monitoring (earned media management) and analysis solution. The solution must monitor, collect, analyze and report on media coverage relevant to MPAC across Canada, with a particular focus on Ontario media. The Successful Respondent will provide a platform and related services that enable MPAC to efficiently monitor media coverage, identify emerging issues and trends, evaluate media performance, and generate insights to support communications, stakeholder relations and issues management activities. MPAC currently tracks approximately 1,700 media mentions per quarter and seeks a solution that reduces manual effort through automation while maintaining appropriate user oversight and quality control. |
