PROJECT BACKGROUND

Data Governance at MPAC started in 2020. Our Capability Maturity Level continues to rise every year. As part of the broader strategic alignment, MPAC is looking to further mature their Data Governance practices by adding efficiency and effectiveness to its existing (manual) processes. Automation and technology support will be essential in this phase.

 

PROJECT SCOPE

MPAC is looking to implement the Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud tool to accelerate MPAC’s maturity level towards data management, enable enterprise-wide data quality, optimize data analytics, and advance data modernization by streamlining compliance and critical regulations.  

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE(S)

The Successful Respondent will be required to:

  • Provide clear use cases that are tailored to MPAC’s Data Governance needs with Collibra’s Data Intelligence Cloud offering.  (Include Data Quality & Observability as a separate module)
  • Implementation and support of Collibra’s Data Intelligence Cloud product into MPAC’s environment.
  • Work closely with MPAC’s IT and Information Security team to ensure all requirements are met
  • Configure, setup, document, and support the Collibra tool with a well-defined phase approach and risk mitigation
  • Work with MPAC to define milestones and achievable goals to recognize the full benefit of the Collibra Intelligence Cloud tool.
  • Creation of dashboards to enhance the overall adoption of MPAC’s data governance status
  • Provide a detailed transitional and operational plan
  • Recommend relevant training modules to ensure MPAC support staff advance their knowledge on this product.
