Program and Project Management (PPM) solution to support consistent planning, delivery, governance, and reporting across the organization.

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) MPAC intends to procure an enterprise grade Program and Project Management (PPM) software solution that enables centralized oversight, consistent governance, and improved delivery of the organization’s strategic, transformation, and operational initiatives. The selected solution will support diverse delivery methodologies (traditional, agile, and hybrid) while providing enterprise level visibility, reporting, and decision support aligned to organizational priorities.
