PROJECT SCOPE This project is a large scale repair and maintenance refresh of MPAC’s Head Office, areas include; the first (1st), seventh (7th), eight (8th), ninth (9th) and tenth (10th) floors. Repair and maintenance items will be included throughout (patch and repair of lightly damaged walls, new accent wall paint finishes, adjustments to millwork hardware, corner guards, wall savers, etc.) and some new elements will be introduced (relocation of electrical outlets, data drops, new plumbing, hand wash and Wudu stations, etc.). Respondents are to ensure the construction, supply and installation of all components as detailed in the tender drawings and specification documents, are completed ensuring all project schedule and delivery dates are met. Project will commence with a Letter of Intent to the successful Respondent.
The following scope of work is intended to be a high-level summary of the major activities involved with this project and is not a comprehensive/exhaustive list of the activities/tasks. It is the Respondents responsibility to thoroughly review all drawings and specifications noted within Appendix I and the information gathered during the site visit in order to determine the full scope of work required to complete the project.
