MPAC is undertaking interior alterations to the male and female washrooms located on the 15^th floor of MPAC’s Toronto Office with a scheduled completion date prior to January 18, 2019. 

The renovation is a full aesthetic refresh of both washrooms on the 15^th floor. The current quantity and location of the existing plumbing fixtures and existing mechanical system will remain untouched (i.e.: sprinklers, air supply and return, etc.). New finishes for all floors, walls and ceilings, specification of new lighting, and/or proposed alternate layout, accessories, fixtures, toilet partitions, etc. will be required referencing MPAC’s established Construction and Design Standards.
