| Description: |
PROJECT SCOPE MPAC intends to engage a Business Continuity Management services provider to plan and facilitate its annual business continuity tabletop exercise at MPAC’s head office in Pickering, including developing exercise materials, facilitating the sessions, leading a post exercise debrief, and providing a summary report within 30 days capturing key observations, lessons learned, and suggested improvements. In addition, the provider will conduct a high-level advisory review of MPAC’s corporate and departmental Business Continuity Plans, common appendices, pandemic plan, and Business Impact Analyses. The review will focus on completeness, consistency, usability, governance, and alignment with corporate objectives and recognized standards, providing general observations and recommendations to strengthen MPAC’s mature program rather than detailed line-by-line reporting or full rewrites. Out of scope are implementing recommended changes, full rewrites of BCPs or BIAs, and ongoing program management beyond advisory guidance and knowledge transfer, although annotated examples or suggested template improvements may be provided to support MPAC’s internal implementation efforts.
