Description: 

The Successful Respondent will be required to provide the following program details:

 

  1. A user-friendly recognition portal, accessible through MPAC’s Intranet
  2. Multi-media application from several devices (e.g., computer, iPad, smartphones, etc.) and capability to embed platform into Microsoft Teams (bonus)
  3. Ability for people leaders to recognize years of service, performance (individual or team), retirement, professional development.
  4. E-cards available for birthdays, holidays, work anniversaries, and other occasions sent to employee MPAC email addresses. 
  5. Social feed for increased corporate awareness of recognitions.
  6. Other types of recognition such as promotions, new hires, peer to peer, etc.
  7. Biweekly uploads from MPAC’s HRIS SAP system to be updated immediately on the vendor’s platform including the following information: employee name, employee number, direct supervisor, direct supervisor’s supervisor, department, branch, VP, hire date, office name, office address.
  8. Consolidated invoices once per month with itemized details up to and including, but not limited to: actual product cost, shipping costs, tax, description of the item, date ordered, recipient name, recipient Manager name, recipient employee number.
  9. Ability to add a meaningful rewards component at MPAC’s discretion (e.g., gift cards, products catalog, branded merchandise, or a combination).  Provider should review and updated regularly.
  10. Automated administrative support to process and submit requests for Premier certificates
  11. Administrative support to be able to deliver framed recognition certificates and/or rewards gift to the employee’s home address (across Ontario).
  12. System training for employee and management users and in depth training for administrative users. As well as manager training materials on how to provide meaningful and ongoing recognition.

A comprehensive, well-orchestrated and seamless implementation and deployment of the platform. Performance and feedback should be continuously monitored, and issues addressed immediately.
