PROJECT SCOPE

MPAC intends to engage with a supplier to provide services to assist in the review of our current Business Continuity Plans and conduct an annual tabletop test exercise and provide feedback and recommendations
for improvement. These exercises should be conducted using a structured approach and set of evaluation points spanning all continuity phases.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE(S)

The Successful Respondent will be required to:

• Partner with MPAC to develop and facilitate the Business Continuity Plan Exercise for MPAC annually (September/October/November);
• Assist in the review of MPAC’s Business Continuity plans and incidents; discussions with MPAC Risk Management;
• Review and recommend improvements of supporting documentation – Business Impact Analysis and Draft MPAC Pandemic Plan;
• Prepare BCP Exercise plan/scenario and review with MPAC Risk Management (ensure the appropriate plan components and their integration are tested). The testing must ensure that we facilitate teambuilding and highlights the importance and use of plan content.
• Develop training materials for BCM Working Team;
• Facilitate BCP Exercise, and deliver lessons learned;
• Identify additional prevention & mitigations;
• Exercise elements should include planning, coordinating, exercising, documenting, evaluating exercise and results, and reporting to management.
