MPAC intends to engage a prime consultant to commence immediately the interior design (inclusive of architectural), project management, mechanical and electrical (inclusive of data cabling) engineering services required, including preparation of permit, tender and construction drawings, and specifications, permit application, contract administration of various projects at MPAC, of which there are five (5) upcoming office relocations. Locations are within the following MPAC Zones, refer to MPAC Zone Map below:
MPAC will undertake minor modifications to the existing floor plan of each location, working to retain and reuse many existing design elements and finishes and use MPAC’s established design and construction standards for the specification of new. New elements will be added as required to support MPAC’s business, such as; modifications to reception areas, secure interview room, secure LAN room, etc. |
