MPAC intends to engage a Prime Consultant to immediately commence the design and delivery of its new Owen Sound field office. The Successful Respondent will be responsible for preparing complete permit, tender, and construction drawing packages, including all associated specifications and supporting documentation, as well as providing services related to permitting, project management, contract administration, construction oversight, project delivery, and project close-out.
 

In addition, the Successful Respondent would support future office renovations, relocations and development of Design & Construction Standards during the period of the contract. Detailed scopes of work will be determined and agreed to by both parties as needs arise.
