MPAC is going through its strategic plan (2021-2025) which addresses 4 key pillars

  • Putting our people and culture first, delivering continuous operational excellence, elevating the property owner and stakeholder experience, and unlocking opportunities to drive value and additional revenue.
  • This strategy is transformational and will change how MPAC works, where it works, how it interacts with stakeholders and how it is funded.
  • Each pillar has initiatives with narratives that define the long-term vision
  • While MPAC moves towards this vision, the need to ensure MPAC’s leadership and structure are aligned to deliver against the strategy and structured to sustain the changes is critical
  • MPAC has created a workforce planning framework that needs to be leveraged to support the development of the future state
  • See the appendix for the pillars and initiatives.

Conduct an organizational review specifically but not limited to MPAC’s Overall Structure and departments to ensure it is aligned to its current strategic plan and overall vision for 2025 and beyond.  This also includes MPAC’s ongoing support to analytics across all departments.

Deliverable: proposed future state structures that will factor in: 

  • effective and efficient service delivery,
  • stakeholder engagement,
  • the proposed workforce / skills of the future,
  • positioning the organization for the future, and
  • a transition plan to move to the new structure.
