PROJECT SCOPE The purpose of this RFP is to solicit service provider(s) to provide rental vehicle services to MPAC. The service coverage will be for all of MPAC’s 27 regional offices across the province of Ontario, the Head Office in Pickering and major airports across Ontario. MPAC may award this contract to more than one provider if all location requirements cannot be met by a single provider. It is necessary to note that vehicle rentals will be required on an as-needed basis. MPAC cannot guarantee any volume of business or frequency of orders. The contract will be for three (3) years with an option to renew annually for up to an additional two (2) one-year periods at MPAC's sole discretion. |
