Welcome to the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation Bid Opportunities Website

This site allows potential Respondents to create a Bidding System Vendor account.  Respondents select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Respondent by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Respondents are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.

Effective September 19, 2018, MPAC will be receiving submissions electronically online through bids&tenders™, a bidding service that makes it easy for vendors to review, register and submit bids for goods and services online, 24/7. 

• Bid documents posted before Wednesday September 19, 2018 will continue to be received in-person or by mail/courier.
  
• Bid documents posted on or after Wednesday September 19, 2018 will be submitted electronically online through bids&tenders™.
